I don't have time to read all of this so I'll just ask.
Is there a way to download ALL the atachements from ALL the e-mails in one folder? I have a lot of e-mails with funny stuff such as pictures, movies, pps... I do not have the time to acces all the e-mails, start the download, wait for the download and then go to another e-mail. I just want to leave the PC on and let it download for a few days.
So.. how about it... Can I do that?

----
Hi Bobby,
The only way to do that would be to POP your mail from Yahoo using a mail client like Outlook or Thunderbird. UK mail users (@yahoo.co.uk) can do it for free. If you are a US mail user (@yahoo.com) you will have to sign up for Mail Plus.
Hope that helps.

How about being able to download just one email.

I have been unable to view any attachments for months using BT Yahoo ! and there appear to be few ideas as to what is causing it.

Before adding functionality, would it not be a good idea to consolidate by fixing these obvious issues first. I have seen this problem on so many sites. Problems, but no solutions.

The next tool needed is one to allow me to retain an email but delete attachments. The only current option seems to be deleting the whole email?

I'm afraid I'm not a fan.

The speed is dire and I cannot open an attachment at all, never mind several at once.

Seriously thinking of ditching it altogether.

I get a lot of attachments and find the 'download aa' very useful. It's got to be better than twenty clicks!

The problem with opening attachments as mentioned by 15, 22, 113, 124 and 127 could be related to IE. I was getting the same issues until I used Firefox as the browser and it opens the attachments with no problems.

I have the same problem reported by 15, 22, 113 and 124. Sometimes I have a pdf file, that when I click download -> open, the download window appears and keeps transferring information but never finishes. I have another email provider and it opens just fine with it. Also, if I right click and select "save file as" it downloads a file named "Showletter". Which is just a small HTML file. Any ideas?
