Also atimeswhen I click on the chat status, it remain on cancel even though I've clicked on available. Other times, it will give me messages like, you have been signed out because you have signed on another user or something. Its really frustrating because I dont get to see my loved ones available on the chat list and they are also complaining even though I am on the net everyday.
