New in Yahoo! Mail - Chat with your Windows Live Messenger friends
October 15th, 2007
OK - this is the second post for this feature (read the first one if you want). OK, it was there in the beta but we’ve beefed it up with a couple of key additions… best of which, you can now chat to people on Windows Live™ Messenger too.
What’s all this then?
We’ve integrated Yahoo! Messenger into New Yahoo! Mail. That means you can now have a live conversation with someone right from within your Yahoo! Mail mailbox. You can talk this way with anyone who has a Yahoo! or Windows Live™ Messenger ID. That’s almost everyone isn’t it?
Here’s how
When you log into your mailbox you’ll see, at the top of the window, a status message and a drop down arrow. When you click that icon, here’s what you’re going to see…

Once you set yourself Available, your contact list will show all of your contacts that have set themselves Available too. From here, you can select anyone on that list and start a conversation with them right from the comfort of your own Mailbox window. Here’s what it’s going to look like when you’re engrossed in a conversation with one of your friends:

Or, like this, or this…
We’ve added a couple of other new ways to start a chat. Yahoo! Mail is more than just email these days, so if you click on the arrow next to the New button (top left) you can choose “Chat” to open a chat window and go from there. Or, if you want to be really flash, you can use the keyboard shortcut. Just hit “c” and you’re off.
Not up for a chat?
As always, you can always turn this feature off too. I’ve posted about how to do that.
Happy chatting!
Andrew – Yahoo! Mail Beta Team

Yep, still not available on Macs

The integration with MSN is great, but it often does not work. People can see me online, but I can not see them. Every time they try to chat I have to click “add”, but then I can not reply to their chat as it tells me I must first add the user to my online list (which I have just done!)

Any news on when we we will be able to send SMS from Yahoo Mail for those of us in the UK? Many thanks

Andrew
How do I report bugs in the new interface? I did place a posting here on problems with Chat, but it was deleted!
There are several issues which are worth looking at I think
—-
Hi David,
Sorry if your last comment was deleted. Perhaps it was caught by our spam filters? It’s just a guess, as I read every comment that comes into the blog.
If you would like to report any bugs with the new Yahoo Mail, you have two options. Both options you can find on this page: http://help.yahoo.com/l/uk/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/contactus/. If it’s a problem with your account that you would like fixed, click the “Contact Us (Reply Needed)” link. If you just want to give us some constructive criticisms or even some positive feedback, click the “Send Us Feedback (No reply needed)” link.
The “Contact Us” link goes to our customer care team who will take a look and try to fix the issue.
Hope that helps. Thanks,
Andrew - Yahoo! Mail Team

I do not understand why , without consultation, you have changed my Email format. It worked perfectly before. (If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it…would be worth remembering in future).
The print is now much smaller…WHY? (I can’t read it…nor millions of others who wear reading glasses).
What is better about it? NOTHING.
A complete waste of money, which has made the system much worse.
Please, please revert to the old one, which WORKED and was SIMPLE. Two points which clearly never occurredto whoever designed this ridiculous format.

If I put messenger on, (coloured smily face bottom right near clock)and try to set to available, it tells me I have been disconnected as messenger was added by another computer or device. AND IT WASNT. It just will not let me have both on at the same time. If the messenger is off (face gray) THEN I can be available. HELP PLEASE.
Thanks. Si.

How can a complete stranger be on my contact list and make contact with me by instant message? - I find this a bit spooky as this person is asking me for my mail address and password?. Can I take it that this is some sort of a scam and treat it like it is spam and just block the person?
Many thanks

It does have a lot of features, but for those with poor eyesight, i think the font size is very small. It takes a lot of straining to look for menus and commands.
Could be improved.

I have kept my yahoo classic as an insurance - and from time to time, I switch back to it, if my new yahoo mail isn’t opening messages fast enough, for me.
However, It is a great thing - as attested to by the zillions of patrons of yours! Well done, YAHOO!

INNOVATIVE AND FUN
Innovative and fun, but wish I had the option to turn off the adverts that splash accross the middle of my screen. If the adverts are too much in your face they have the opposite of their intended effect. Instead of attracting ,they antagonise a potential customer.
ADDRESS BOOK NOT EASILY ACCESSIBLE
Could you please add a clearly marked tab to access my address book.
Thank you.
57. Denys | October 26th, 2007 at 10:48 am
ADVERTS ARE SPAM
This is my third post, just to make the point that unwanted advertisements are like unwanted mail. They are ’spam’, and they are really annoying. A bit like this repeated ‘winge’. BUT if you get the point and provide us with the option to switch-off adverts, then we will all be happy……AND…….you won’t get any more winging about unwanted ads! Hooray!
Thank you
—-
Hi Denys,
Sorry you don’t like the adverts. We do offer a Premim Mail solution where you’ll no longer get any advertisements in your mail. You can read more about it here: http://uk.docs.yahoo.com/mail/plus/
Thanks,
Andrew - Yahoo Mail Team

I think the feature is great! The only problem is that you can’t talk to a group of people at the same time, (add multiple contacts to a conversation), would this be a feature that Yahoo! will release in the future?

It’s great when it workst, but it often does not. People can see me online, but I can not see them. Every time they try to chat I have to click “add”, but then I cannot reply to their chat as it tells me I must first add the user to my online list (which I have just done!) Also if you go to your contact list & tick add & save it then disappears & still doesn’t allow you to reply

Hi Vanessa,
Check out http://uk.avatars.yahoo.com/ to add an avatar. For more help with avatars and the chat feature, there’s a help page on that topic. You can read the help page on pictures here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/uk/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/chat/chat-11.html

88. JEEWON | November 4th, 2007 at 5:04 am
Hi, it appears to be interesting. But what about having a chat with Yahoo Messenger while u r on Yahoo Mail.Is it possible or you should revert to Yahoo Messenger. Sorry , i have not tried yet but would be pleased if it were possible bse it would save one time to shift from Yahoo mail to Yahoo messenger.
Many Thanks to Yahoo Team.
K.Jeewon
—
Hi K.Jeewon,
If I understand your question correctly, I think the answer you’re looking for is that you can use the Yahoo! Messenger Client or you can use the chat feature directly from Yahoo! Mail. If you log into chat from Yahoo! Mail, you’ll be logged out of the Messenger Client if you are using the client.
In short you can chat from within Mail or you can chat from the Yahoo! Messenger Client, but not both at the same time.
Hope that helps,
Andrew - Yahoo! Mail Team

Hi Rhona,
Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your Windows live contacts. I’ve asked our engineers to look into the issue that you’re having. As you’re not the only one reporting this issue, let’s see what the engineers have to say. I don’t know how long it will take to troubleshoot, so please be patient while they search for a resolution.
Thanks,
Andrew - Yahoo! Mail Team

I have the same problem as Rhona and David. Only some contacts are showing. Apart from that I like it and I will like it better when the snags are ironed out.
Can get on at work now when the technicians had barred all messengers
93. Aimee | November 5th, 2007 at 5:24 pm
This is really good but it doesn’t seem to work all the time especially with certain people. People can see me online, but I can not see them. Every time they try to chat I have to click “add”, but thenit won’t let me reply to them as it tells me I must first add the user to my online list, which I thought I had just done. So I can see what they have said but can’t reply. I can only actually chat to a few people because it comes up with this message for most of the people I try and talk to that are on windows live messenger.
94. Tara Johnston | November 5th, 2007 at 8:29 pm
The chat won’t let me reply to my windows messenger friend even though I have added her in my messenger contacts! It is really frustrating!!

I have a proble downloading my sent attachment even because the link to downloading keeps diappearing. Its a major incovinience I never exprienced with the classic version, and yes the print is rather small. However the new version is more interactive when I get frustrated with it I easily switch back to classic its awsome and some what exciting. Try to add more colour its sooo gray I dont need to go to England for the real experience I can easily infer.

Hi David,
Sorry you’re not happy with the new Yahoo! Mail. You can always switch back to the classic version of Yahoo mail. Just read my post here:

Hi Deepankar,
Thanks for your comment. At the moment, we don’t keep a log of your chat session from within Mail. I’m afraid you will have to use the Yahoo! Messenger client in order to keep a history of your chat sessions.
Thanks,

Same as David: “The integration with MSN is great, but it often does not work. People can see me online, but I can not see them. Every time they try to chat I have to click “add”, but then I can not reply to their chat as it tells me I must first add the user to my online list (which I have just done!)” Is there a solution to this problem?? Thanks!!

Initially I didn’t like the new yahoo mail I have to switch back to the classic one, but after I’ve tried it several times I realised that it is the best thing that can happen to E-mail. Chatting and checking E-mail at the same time is fantastic. However there are rooms for improvement on the comments by others, I also experience similar problems. Up till now I cannot access it at work, may be my work place IT have anything to do with this I don’t know.
Anyway, you are very great. Keep the flag flying.
Thanks.
Rilwan.

David, I have the same problem.
Go add them to your list and it will not accept it. you can put the email address in both boxes but it will still not accept it.
makes you so frustrated.
PLEASE FIX THIS?? or make it simplar to add people to your online list? Just check a box then it adds u automatically no matter the address????
will use it a LOT more then… would always be on my email!

Hi,

The mail works really well and its great to only have one window. I really get on well with it. There are still ways to improve it like have bigger picture space when my friends say do u like my picture i have to say hang on then i switch back to Yahoo messenger say yeah its great then switch back to mail. Though really I cant complain it is really good to have mail and messenger intigrated!

It is a good feature and useful too. But I guess it needs some sustainability. It goes off soon or asks me to revert to the old format since it is taking time to download. May be there is some deficiency at my end. Don’t know!!!!???

I’m finding it really difficult to chat using yahoo msn. People can see me and i can’t see them!! Each time i try and chat with them it asks me to add them onto my online list which i have done overand over again and it still doesn’t work. My friends are beginning to think i don’t know how to use mns (LOL) !! Please help..

157. Femo | November 19th, 2007 at 6:37 am
This is a nice feature on yahoo, however, can you make the call option available as well instead of chats only?
158. Aoife R | November 19th, 2007 at 11:16 am
I agree with Davids comment. Its a great idea-especially as I can not get MSN in work!!lol. Having said that, it is still full of bugs. The invite went to people from my address book that I would rather avoid, and those I want to add Yahoo can not recognise!
“The integration with MSN is great, but it often does not work. People can see me online, but I can not see them. Every time they try to chat I have to click “add”, but then I can not reply to their chat as it tells me I must first add the user to my online list (which I have just done!)” - quote
I have had the same trouble, and its beginning to annoy me!!
The new look and system on Yahoo is great, but still needs a lot of work to spped it up and improve some areas of the service! Well done though!

Is there a way to get the messenger feature to work with out Flash 9? I use the internet at work and would love to be able to use messenger but cannot dowload anything to my pc.
Thanks
Gill
—
Hi Gill,
Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, the chat feature requires Flash to work. Perhaps you can ask your IT department if they can make an exception so you can have the plugin installed for your browser. But I’ll have to leave it to you come up with a valid reason for the install.
Thanks,
Andrew

Hi Andrew… having similar problem to other posters with adding people to the MSN on line group, I check it and click save… but it never saves.
Do you have an update.
P.S.: The mail is still awesome despite the odd bug.

Hi Neil (and everyone else who is having difficulty with the MSN issue),
Sorry, but I don’t have an update at the moment. I have raised the issue with the core engineering team and they are in the process of troubleshooting right now. Once they can pinpoint the problem, they can set out to release a fix. I’ll keep you posted as I learn more.
Thanks for your patience,

Hi Yemi,
Unfortunately, the chat feature requires Flash 9 in order to work. Perhaps, if you’re nice to the guys and girls in your IT department, they’ll give you an early Christmas present by installing Flash 9
Thanks,

Have you seen the spelling in these comments? Spell check dictionaries are available on the internet… Chatting is wonderful but sorry to see that the English (American) language is going down the drain !!!

Hi Hazell,
You are right, some of the comments do contain spelling and grammatical errors. However, not all of your fellow readers of this blog are native English speakers. When moderating the comments - both positive and negative - I don’t want to disapprove a comment because of a spelling mistake. As long as the comment is easily understood and is relevant, I’ll usually approve it. Plus, I can only imagine how poorly my grammar and spelling would be if I tried to post a comment on the German Mail Blog (in German, of course
Thanks,

Second time I try 2 post a message, where’s the last one?. Let’s think spam filters got confused…
I want 2 know when are u solving problems with Macs and the new chat feature? Mac users are not majority but Yahoo! community isn’t neither, u’re supposed 2 support minorities against the simple mass choosings… Tryin’ t B different, 2 B a leader? Do it propperly.
I want this 2 be published ’cause if u are working on an update to fix the “adding bug”, PLEASE, consider Mac and Firefox users on the solution and not only the PC and Explorer users, as everyone does.
Hope this post won’t be deleted by mistake…
Apart from bugs and stuff… Yahoo! is simply unique!
Greatings from Spain!
—
Hi Irene,
We are working on the fix for the MSN Chat issue. As for the Mac users out there, although Safari is not a supported browser for the all-new mail, you do have the option to use the Firefox browser.
I don’t know what happened to your first comment. Perhaps it did get misclassified by our spam filter.
Thanks,
Andrew - Yahoo! Mail Team

I enjoyed the chatting for a while until I upgraded my OS to Windows Vista. Now I am unable to chat. The message I get when I want to make myself available for a chat is that my browser must have the latest flash 9.0 software to load the chat feature.
I have visited the website to which I was reffered and downloaded and installed the flash 9.0 software several times and I am still unable to chat.
What can I do?
—-
Hi Gbengoozeh,
I was able to reproduce your error with Windows Vista. However, when I downloaded it and installed Flash 9, it worked fine. Maybe there is something on your computer blocking the complete installation of Flash 9. Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall Flash 9? Also make sure that you exit all of your programs including IE and Firefox before trying to install it.
Hope that helps.

I never get to see avatars even when people have them. Besides, how can one chat in secret at work? They log the time employees spend at websites… so I get asked why I spend so much time at yahoo mail - something they don’t allow at work either.
Rather get the things that make email good working… like the contact’s list and the calendar and things. Rather see all the bugs out than more and more nonsense options added.
185. Annie | November 24th, 2007 at 7:10 pm
love it - i don’t use it at work as i can’t access yahoo but otherwise it’s cool - i love the fact that whilst you’re reading the emails you can see who’s online and instantly get a message - what’s funny ist hat aol seem to have updated their site in a very very similar fashion…..lol seem that the competition is getting rather hot!!!
186. Florence | November 25th, 2007 at 9:37 am
Hey, it happens the same thing as David… and noone seems to help me out and I don’t know what to do. Can’t wait to use the chat coz it has amazing features, but i have no contacts with a yahoo account, so …
Here’s what David says:
#2. David | October 15th, 2007 at 2:49 pm
The integration with MSN is great, but it often does not work. People can see me online, but I can not see them. Every time they try to chat I have to click “add”, but then I can not reply to their chat as it tells me I must first add the user to my online list (which I have just done!)
187. Meg | November 25th, 2007 at 6:15 pm
Could you make it possible to set a picture other than an avatar? Chat is great, but this feature would make it sooo much better, as I can’t see other people’s pictures (from MSN etc.) when I’m talking to them. Thanks!

190. ellen | November 25th, 2007 at 7:47 pm

191. beryl wallis | November 25th, 2007 at 9:37 pm
Love the improvements….but … we used to be able to ‘buzz’ our contacts if they not online to let them know we wanted a chat with them, now we can’t - miss this facility. Also the print is a bit too small to read comfortably as I have visual difficulties due to glaucoma, larger print would be a big help …. can u do anything about this please?
Regards

Hi,
I am discussing at the moment with y!mail support (Us, I assume). For the ‘Add user’ bug with Msn/ Messenger contacts, it seems I have solved my problem with using the Mail option/ Spam/ Block chat messages only from the people listed below: (With an empty list). It seems to work. I can receive AND REPLY with my Msn Contacts. I consider that as a workaround, of course. Bruno

Re comment no. 173:
Hi Andrew, I just thought that when I write in English or French and am not sure of the spelling I check in a dictionary. It only takes a couple of minutes. I am all for “globilisation” or “mondialisation”, whatever you call it in English. But I like to think (and hope) that my kids would take the trouble to spell check before pushing the button…

This is one of the best features of YAHOO MAIL. I love it and thanks for telling me how to get on with it, because I’ve been waiting for someone to tell me how to start this and now I don’t have to ask becuase I know how to find everything in this page alone.
SO THANKYOU ONCE AGAIN.
SANDUNI.
211. Tim | December 1st, 2007 at 7:29 pm
I’d like to:
a) be able to let some contacts know I’m available, but not all of them. i.e. switch some on and others off. There are times we don’t want everyone to have access to us. And being ‘invisible’ is a blanket solution, there are times I want some (not all) people to know I’m available.
b) I don’t like it when I add someone to contacts (by using add) it automatically tries to contact them to ask permission to add chat. I add some emails of people who may be useful business contacts in future. I don’t necessarily want them to think I’m going overboard about them. Again some control would be useful.
c) I like to type in paragraphs, like this post. Chat has problems with that. Some of us like to type a lot.

Great in theory, but like some others i can’t add MSN people to my online list even though i keep on clicking Add. I can see their chat’s but can’t reply. Oh and Yahoo mail help is a waste. I’ve had 5 answers just saying click add tick the box under windows live in contacts. IT DOESN’T STAY TICKED!. Seems very unstable. Please get it sorted ASAP.

Nice to have the option to chat. Use it @ home & work. Just had a chat with a chap I work with in Vietnam. Nice. Also good when trying to do overseas customer support. Get on-line and ‘chat’ them through the fix. Language can be a problem on the phone but when type it’s a lot easier and smoother.

Hi Rita,
You’re not the first person to ask if you can chat with more than one person at a time. The answer is yes. You can chat to more than one person at a time. When you start separate chat sessions, they will open up in different tabs.
Hope that helps.

I like yahoo chat line a lot because:
a.} You don’t have to have a membership like hotmail.
b.}You can talk to more than 2 people.
c.}They tell you when other people come on.
d.}What I don’t like about it is that when you click”enter”your message will be sent but you want to go to the next line.

Thanks. Si.
I Have exactly the same problem as Si, What causes this? Why do you have to cause all this confusion?? I was told that I was offline and had to open a dial up connection
254. John | December 29th, 2007 at 11:00 pm
Why does this stupid box shrink as I am using it?? I ended up with a vertical line about 2mm thick.. Were you trying to tell me something??… New Messenger is good BUT Far to complicated.. how do I use my Webcam?? No instructions anywhere?? MSN Messenger is still so much easier to use… let me know when you get it right… USER FRIENDLY.. is the correct expression .. or is it KISS… Keep It Simple Stupid… why are these programs designed by people who have never lived in the real world??.. Design it, Give the Beta to a 12 year Old then ask him to write the instructions… John :O)

Whilst the chatting option adds an important diversity, I hate the new yahoo mail format. To begin w everyday it claims it is taking longer than usual and would I prefer to revert to mail classic. In the last six weeks not once has it NOT ‘[taken] longer than usual’, it’s a complete joke. Hopw can I request to have it go directly to mail classics so I’m no longer forced to wait to see a format that doesn’t even work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Alex,
I’m sorry that you’re experiencing difficulties with the new version of Yahoo! Mail. You can always switch back and forth between the two versions. If you want to switch back to the classic version, you can read about how to do it here: http://ymailuk.com/blog1/2007/11/01/switch-to-classic/
Thanks,
Andrew

I can not send any messeges to one person on my on line list. That person is lisa_eastburn@hotmail.com. Every time she trys to chat I have to click “add”, but then I can not reply to her chat as it tells me I must first add the user to my online list, which I have done lots of times. Could you please help me.

259. Bobbie | January 2nd, 2008 at 11:30 pm
Can you please tell me whats going on….. Sometimes i can read some of my mail and others i cant. I click on it and it shows me an empy email. i can do this to all my mail and they are empty. I have to sign out and back in again to read them. Also im a bit worried about the new style. If we get an email that has a virus we can accidently open it as we go through the emails one at a time. I get over 100 emails a day and if i delete an email the next one opens up automatically.

262. James Wood | January 7th, 2008 at 8:16 pm
Doesn’t work at all with windows live contacts..it keeps saying first you must add them to your online list which I already have! Problems with other yahoo users such as not showing them as online even when I am live chatting. All in all pretty disappointing service.
263. john | January 8th, 2008 at 6:52 pm
Why irresponsibly promote a tool that allows users to “discreetly” chat with other users ostensibly in violation of company policies. Would Yahoo condone such activities by its employees? I think not.
264. Jenny Dev | January 8th, 2008 at 8:12 pm
LOVE LOVE LOVE my new YAHOO! email layout, the quick keys like ‘k’ then the number of my folder makes sorting out my emails so much easier. Thank you for that! im curious about the windows msn on here, shall have to try it out at work…hehehe fabulous!

The only difficulty i encounter here on this new mail (Beta) is how to share photos during chatting. My friends who always request for photo sharing find it difficult to get my pictures viewed. All the same, I want to commend the effort of Yahoo team for innovations and creative ideas. I love the yahoo beta.
Secondly, I can no longer gain access to my photo album. Could you please tell me what to do because i don’t have copies of most of those pictures.
Thank you

269. Keith | January 11th, 2008 at 3:33 pm
I have the same problem with the ‘Add’ feature. It works on one account but I can’t add people on the other one. It tells me to add and I do, when I try to chat it says’ I need to add. So frustrating w=because otherwise this would be a superb feature.

How do add MSN contacts from Yahoo Address Book in Bulk
I got lots of my MSN contacts in my Yahoo Address book, to add them one by one via the Ajax Interface is just TOOOOOO tedious and slow, is there anyway to bulk add MSN contacts rather than one by one? Cheers

My yahoo Messenger exits as soon as i enter a yahoo ID and password in the space provided for the same in two text boxes of Yahoo Messenger and click “Sign In”. What is the likely problem?
This yahoo messenger integrated website is wonderful.

Please put me back to Classic Yahoo. This new thing is terrible. It gives me no chance to write an email. Give me back “compose”. It was perfectly good for years. Why fix if it’s not broken. I am completely frustrated by it!!

How do you stop unwanted sex related offline messages ?
Until you click on the offline message tab you cant see who it is from.
Both my messengers [msn windows and yahoo] are set to keep my profile hidden from this sort ot thing so I feel this should not be happening.
Any ideas ?
274. P.Soma sundaram | January 26th, 2008 at 10:07 am
The new Yahoo has incorporated a lot of new features, but it still needs to be improved as user friendly to avoid problems like the voice not heard on one end,and the need to adjust the speaker every time, etc.,

Its simply great and so convenient. You can check your mail and chat at the same time.
But you cant have a conference chat, if that too were possible, it would be just awesome
278. Davinider Singh | January 30th, 2008 at 9:17 am
Hi,
I use yahoo chat religiously, however up until now it was flawless, its just used to pass through as a http data. and none of the security systems used to pick it up.
A new implementation of Aladdin’s eSafe Gateway paicks up “IM and Chat suspected packages and blocks the site, therefore your mail gets blocked too. Not only does block Yahoo Mail but it also automatically logs you out.
eSafe Gateway is the only type od security measure that i have personally come across that can pick up such technology implemented by yahoo.
Cmon yahoo! do something about it!
DOWN WITH ALADDIN ESAFE GATEWAY!!!!

This means is nice but it annoys me as it doesnt show peoples pictures as they are online .Even mine cannot be seen when they chat with me .the only advantage is that one can chat and send mails at the same time .Kindly trace wea my photo is and let it b reflected on the screen. My firends with their photoes too.Return me to my former yahoo in which my photo appears andso do my friends .Keep them shown when they are in line .I dislike this Yahoo because some messages dissapear as the owners sent to do not receive them .Kindly i wish to resume to my previous yahoo whereby i can chat to several people at atime .Thank you .

Yahoo! is great technology implement service, which offers their regulars to use without frustration. I have been using yahoo for several years, it has been improving their services to utmost satisfaction for the Yahoo oriented users.
This new feature of chat not only easy by letting others know that we use chat messenger, but also a great arrangement as, when we try to open messenger in other public computer some times we need to install the chat messenger.
Nevertheless, this time Yahoo! has fixed all in one without any other extra installation. This gives an extra boost to run without annoyance. Yahoo! is great in time saving, user friendly and accuracy with great Atmosphere.
I wish Yahoo! a very best of services they provide. “The Great Yahoo! live longer, let’s improve longer”.

But I have done no such thing! Does anyone know how to get rid of this?
Thanks.

I have been using this format but i noticed that the lists of my contacts are not usually displayed. Also atimeswhen I click on the chat status, it remain on cancel even though I’ve clicked on available. Other times, it will give me messages like, you have been signed out because you have signed on another user or something. Its really frustrating because I dont get to see my loved ones available on the chat list and they are also complaining even though I am on the net everyday.
