Loading ...It’s always nice to catch a glimpse of someone using Yahoo! Mail when I least expect it. This past weekend I was walking around terminal 3 at Heathrow airport, waiting (somewhat) patiently for my delayed flight and I happened to see someone checking their Yahoo! Mail from one of the Wi-fi hot-spots.
Now I know that the airport is not such a terribly unusual place to be checking email, but that got me to thinking all the places I’ve checked my Yahoo! Mail over the years. I’ve been in a couple of New York City parks with public wi-fi hotspots (I particularly like Bryant Park). One of my favourite places was a beach bungalow place on Ko Pha-Ngan an island in the south of Thailand.
